Lee Rogers Counseling

Whether you are struggling with a life transition or are looking to make some changes, this is the place to be. I am not here to tell you what to do, rather create a space for you to further discover yourself and support you in reaching you goals.  If you are looking to bring knowledge to yourself or organization I am here for that, too.

To me therapy looks like a lot of things.  Sometimes it is talking through thoughts and feelings but it is also crying, being quiet, practicing mindfulness, laughing, and learning skills to implement in your life.  Because life is life, I hold flexibility on a session-by-session basis.

As an educator I engage with the people attending trainings and lectures.  I love teaching and sharing that excitement with others.  I am able to actively engage with attendees to improve the learning experience and aid in retention of information. I have a large breadth of experience that allows me to personalize each learning opportunity for any group or organization-no matter how big or how small.
